GoDaddy does a good job of managing domains and is pretty easy to get hold of a live person for help. Do not use them for their Microsoft support or email management, they put up too many barriers to effectively manage your products.

I had a serious issue over a holiday period. I expected to either not get help or be on eternal hold when I called customer support. Instead, I was on hold for under 2 minutes and had someone who could walk me through the steps to fix my issue. I am not a fan of technology, but he was calm and clearly knew what he was doing, and fixed my problem with ease. I am so very happy with the service I received.

The representative I spoke to was very welcoming. He didn't try to talk over my head. He made things plain and simple so that I could understand what was going on, even with all the new advancements in technology, The call was very encouraging, and my questions was were answered so that I can move forward to making decisions---He gave great insight about my next steps to set up my business.
