So I have been using their products, various for a quite a while. It's been cheap, but logging in and trying to manage my products has been tough sometimes. However I called in, and got an amazing Rep named Robert, who managed to quickly answer my questions, saved me money. So, having called in before, I didn't get this level of service. So It may depend on who you speak to, but He made it super easy to resolve my issues and give me a straight answer

I called GoDaddy for assistance in getting access to my account. I am not tech smart and loved the support I received from Frank Paulo, he was super kind, not rushed in helping me face the challenges of working online with his support. One of the best experiences I have had in years with online support. Frank is TOP BLOCK his knowledge, understanding of the issue I called for assistance and he provided easy to understand directions to acheive the end goal that I called about. I wish company had a Frank Paulo in their customer support, the world would be a better place with his kind assistance.

I had an issue with an expired credit card - got a notice that it needed to be updated, so I updated it, but then got notice that the expiration on the new credit card was invalid - but it was proper. Tried using the virtual chat on line, but that was useless, called Wendall and he sent me a new link and confirmed that the updated information was proper

Shopify noticed a problem with my domain nameserver--a change that I had not made. I needed expert help from both Shopify and from GoDaddy. I was on the phone with one and chat with the other and with me in the middle it all go fixed. They both commented that it was a strange problem.
