The customer service representative went out of his way to help me with an account authentication process. Although technically it wasn't within the global support issues, Brian knew what the issue was, took me through the Godaddy pages and solved the issue.

EVERY THING WAS GOOD EXCEPT GETTING CALLS DIVERTED TO OVERSEAS, THESE GUYS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING, I WAS ON CALL FOR A FEW HOURS AT LEAST NOTHING SORTED OUT.....I LITRALLY BAGED THEM TO TRANSFER MY CALL BACK TO USA... ALL IN VAIN....BUT I FINALLY TRIED VIA DIFFERENT WAY ON AUTOMATED SYSTEM... AND END UP TALKING WITH MR. JOSEPH... WORKED LIKE ANY THING..
