I've been with GoDaddy for 20 years, and more than anything else, every time I speak with a tech from GoDaddy I enjoy speaking with a real person. For example, while waiting for a process to complete I've had casual discussions about the weather where each of us are. In addition, every tech has been very knowledgeable, sometimes offering useful suggestions. This is the way I wish all companies communicated with their clients or customers. The value of human touch in this world of A.I. and phone trees cannot be understated.

I had to call Go Daddy to renew my payment info because last time I tried to renew online I had a problem with the free AI accounts being added in without requesting them. The great customer service agent today did my payment info update with me and also disabled another unwanted website for me. What isn’t great- is pushing these AI websites on people. You can barely navigate the website now because it has ads popping up everywhere for the AI products. On 1 page you cannot get to your account unless you click on it and it adds it on - it is a living nightmare to get rid of it. A waste of everyone’s time. Other than that- Go Daddy is fine. Quite good service.

I LOVE GODADDY - I have been with them for many years, then made the mistake of trying Microsoft for a brief time and they were terrible. They screwed up my account so badly that it was almost unrecoverable. There are no humans there to talk to. I'm staying with Godaddy for the rest of my working life.

Godaddy is one of the very few companies still based in the US and that’s worth something. The help on the phone is consistently good with people who know what they’re talking about. I had to change a few things in my account and they were friendly and patient, explaining the things I didn’t understand. I know I might get something cheaper with different hosts, but I support this US based company that gives great customer service and has solid products. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they have a written policy- that you have to agree to- that your monthly subscriptions can go up without advance notification. My subscription for managed hosting and my email went up 20% in 2024! I understand inflation but I do like to be in the know before my billing cycle.

The GoDaddy CSR that answered my call was nothing short of AMAZING!!! He listened to my I issue ask a couple of questions and I followed his dirtections (very clear directions!) and WOW it was FIXED in less time than it took me to call the support line! In the Tech Savy age we live in its so refreshing to have a Computer IT Support that still speaks low tech when needed TY Godaddy!!!
