My issue was resolved in 5 min. I wanted to transfer a domain name to another user. The best part is when I got disconnected from the call, Xavier called me back, twice!!!! 10/10!!!!!

When a person loses money on their own accord it hurts more than by the means of someone else doing. Procrastination! At its finest! Yet I got a hold of Tracy, domain support. Wow! Thank Goodness! She calmed me the f down and reminded me I’m human and no I wasn’t looking for a comfort zone in my own errors but if I had, Tracy and her calm phone demeanor. Her chuckles with me and reminding me that - it’s ok. We can take care of this. She reset my passwords on my emails . Reset the domain. Helped me to have coverage should that happen again! Coverage I wasn’t told about by other reps. So yeah when my business partners are telling me that they’re all doing Zen business now… I tell them go ahead! Go Daddy and their excellent cs for all depts is the real business. I stick with the OG business ways and ethics. Thanks, Tracy!
