What made my experience great is that the Customer Service agent was friendly and she listened and she helped me solve my problem quickly and she explained everything I needed. Every time I’ve had to call Go Daddy, they have been so friendly so patient and so very willing to help. I appreciate talking to a real human being and my wait time was just a few minutes not long at all. Every person I’ve spoken to has been very competent and has not put me on hold to look something else up.
