after using go daddy for years we misplaced our access info, and we were unable to change our web site to a newer version thanks to their help we recovered our information and now updating

I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue with being logged off every time I access WordPress for the Pride Center website. Thankfully, Shaine was incredibly helpful in troubleshooting and resolving the problem. Their support was efficient and much appreciated!

I have been dealing with GoDaddy for more than 20 years and consider it an excellent company that keep me informed of my website and domains. On occasion, I cannot get the information needed from the website and their telephone service is quite good at solving problems.

After years of having to deal with a snotty little IT guy that worked for my company, I let him go, even though my computer knowledge is not all that good. I called in to get some assistance from Go Daddy, and I wish I would’ve known this was available years ago… Come to find out I did not need to hire a tech-support guy for my Webb stuff as they helped me write through everything that I needed.

I requested a refund for a free trial product that auto renewed even after I called to cancel everything except the basic website. They apparently separate out renewal even though it was purchased as a package which to me is bait and switch. They don't let you keep anything when you want to simplify your plan so I had to rebuild a new website which wasn't difficult but frustrating. I asked for a refund for an email that was part of a "package" that was automatically renewed. I submitted the request on 1/17. Said 7-10 business days for response and just got it 2/20. They denied based on their terms and conditions which say it autorenews unless you call and I called back in October. This is nonsense. I would recommend a more transparent service.

The representative was knowledgeable, courteous and an outstanding example of being what customer service is all about. He was able to answer my current question re billing and he resolved an issue that's carried over year to year regarding a 2nd inactive account. I couldn't be more pleased with Go Daddy.
