After years of having to deal with a snotty little IT guy that worked for my company, I let him go, even though my computer knowledge is not all that good. I called in to get some assistance from Go Daddy, and I wish I would’ve known this was available years ago… Come to find out I did not need to hire a tech-support guy for my Webb stuff as they helped me write through everything that I needed.

I requested a refund for a free trial product that auto renewed even after I called to cancel everything except the basic website. They apparently separate out renewal even though it was purchased as a package which to me is bait and switch. They don't let you keep anything when you want to simplify your plan so I had to rebuild a new website which wasn't difficult but frustrating. I asked for a refund for an email that was part of a "package" that was automatically renewed. I submitted the request on 1/17. Said 7-10 business days for response and just got it 2/20. They denied based on their terms and conditions which say it autorenews unless you call and I called back in October. This is nonsense. I would recommend a more transparent service.
