I just wanted to commend Maria for the excellent customer service she provided me. I was unable to access my email since this past Sunday. I called GoDaddy.com late yesterday afternoon. Because of the high volume of calls I was understandably put on hold for more than an hour. Because of my medical freedom fighting advocacy, not being able to access incoming emails and send outgoing emails for the past few days created a backlog with communicating with local California publicly elected officials. It was downright frustrating. There were moments when I honestly thought that I lost hundreds of sent emails, which are quite integral to my medical freedom advocacy work. For the record, I need to state that all of my GoDaddy.com customer service agent interactions have been excellent --they really have. But my interaction with Maria yesterday evening was by far my best experience. During the more than three hours it took Maria to resolve my Microsoft 365 issue, she demonstrated perseverance. She was also personable, professional, pleasant, and patient. In my humble opinion, Maria richly deserves a pay raise and promotion. I appreciate her assistance!

Fake sympathy. They hit you with the "I truly understand your concern" line while doing nothing to actually address it. It’s all about appearing helpful without actually being helpful.Then comes the policy excuse. Instead of giving you a real answer, they pull out the classic "Unfortunately, our policies limit what we can do." Policies, huh? Funny how those policies always work in their favor and never in yours. They act like they’d love to help, but oh no, their hands are tied!When you push back? They bring in the supervisor. But here’s the catch—the supervisor isn’t actually there to help either. They’re just another script-reading robot who repeats the exact same things with slightly fancier words. "I’ve reviewed everything, and I’m afraid that’s not possible." No actual review happened. They just scrolled up, saw that you weren’t falling for the nonsense, and decided to stall even more.And if you really don’t back down? They either ghost you or end the chat. They’d rather disconnect than admit they’re just there to manipulate customers into spending more. Because let’s be real—GoDaddy doesn’t reward loyalty. You could be with them since 1991, 30+ YEARS, and they’d still treat you like a random nobody. But if you were a new customer? Oh, suddenly they have discounts, deals, and endless incentives.The bottom line? GoDaddy doesn’t value customers—they value profits. Their support isn’t designed to help; it’s designed to delay, distract, and upsell. I realize many tech support services are contracted outside the United States and English is a second language for some representatives. This young lady's English was impeccable, and I had no problem at all understanding her. She was very patient while she took me through several detailed and complex processes to solve connectivity problems with three separate email accounts. She had a thorough knowledge of everything necessary to solve my problems and never had to hesitate in providing me instructions. She was courteous, pleasant and patient throughout an overall lengthy process.
