Over the years that customer service has not diminished but improved. I now get regular check-in calls. Go Daddy is always there to help me navigate the management of our email and domain needs.

They bill expired cards. Hold time is over an hour. They make you wait on hold for HOURS because they know you don't want to be billed. They are adding obstacles to service, so they can continue to bill you.They replied to this post already because they want it editted or deleted. You don't have to go through a half hour of automated prompts that make an effort NOT to connect you to a human being. And once I get to speak to an actual human being, they can usually help me fairly quickly.
