I've used GoDaddy for at least a decade. They have excellent customer service if you need to contact them. I have only used them a few times in 10 years but just last week they helped save me some money for a redundant subscription I had.

GoDaddy provides a high level of security as well as excellent customer support. I find it to be a trustworthy brand. My only issue is the pricing but I'm willing to pay more for a better quality of service.

GoDaddy has a variety of plan options that fit many different needs and peoples, there’s tons of resources and services to use, everything is easy to use, and I never have any problems or issues that I can’t figure out!

A complex issue for me was resolved in a matter of seconds.

Live telephone Tech Support was most helpful. Jose walked me through step by step to fix the issue and problem solved in less than 30 minutes. Saved me time and deescalated my frustration with trying to figure it out on my own. Glad to have another human on the other end of the line who was helpful, kind, and made sure we fixed the issue.

Rep was extremely thorough and made sure I implemented all the suggestions correctly. He also thoroughly explained different options available for the url.
