Godaddy is TERRIBLE. I purchased the top marketing bundle and I've always had issues with the "Conversation" feature. It started off with talk and text ( I received my phone number etc. from them), then they removed my text. Then they brought the text feature back and took the call feature away without notice and now they are trying to make me purchase it back! And, no matter the proof I showed them that I had the phone account through them and showed that it's through their own app, a supervisor argued with me and kept me on hold for over an hour with no resolve. Godaddy is so outdated. Dont waste your time or money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Always looking for a way to charge you for something else.

I started using Godaddy since 2002 and gradually stopped using them due to poor and confusing interface. Recently, they deducted an automatic payment for domain renewal which I didn't even want to renew and they never sent out an email for domain renewal but just renewed it on the day of expiry. Clever tactics. Will never do business or recommend Godaddy.

Paid for a website then not even a month later the website won't work. I called the help line and they admitted it was a problem on their end and it would take 48 hours to fix. After 4 days I called again as the problem wasn't resolved just to be told I should pay more money for a longer subscription and that he would fix it in a couple of hours. I declined and he said it would take 24 hours to resolve. It's been 3 days since that call and nothing has been fixed yet! I wouldn't waste my time with this company. I contacted a professional web developer and they said the problem can only be fixed on their end and only takes 5 minutes to do. So although it was ok to use initially if something goes wrong it can become a major problem. I've lost a lot of clients and business because my website is down and the money I could have made from this loss I should have just hired a professional to do it. Lesson learned

I have been with GoDaddy for 8 years. This year they have increased their prices substantially and also the level of customer service has dropped fatally.This week, I will end all subscriptions with them, end all email subscriptions and delete all of my products. I will move my business to another company.After all the work put in to my current products, as you can imagine this is not an easy decision as I have to start again. But, they are just terrible. Something has changed internally and they have lost it.I highly advise you to avoid GODADDY if you are serious about a business and need a genuine online presence. I have had constant technical issues which they have been unable and un-willing to resolve. A lot of the staff I spoke to this year were very rude, unhelpful and incompetent. On top of all this, their website builder is limited and they make you pay for anything you actually need to have your webpage function well. Other companies offer a much more comprehensive and creative platform to build on.
