I was told we were paying too much to Godaddy and to move our websites to Cloudflare. OMG that was such a bad idea. They may be half the price but they didn't have a phone number and I waited 2 days before I got a response to my email query.then, I did the instructions and they didn't work.I wrote to them asking what I should do next and made a comment that I hoped I wouldn't have to wait 2 days for another answer. I was told that they prioritised paying customers (I am already one and was planning to pay them more with this move) and if I wasn't happy with their service, I should go elsewhere.So, I think I will move back to GoDaddy and be happy to spend the money with them!! They have a phone number and genuinely help when you need it.

I have several domains and websites with GoDaddy. All of a sudden I cannot access the website editor feature. I reset my cookies, deleted browsing data, reset my computer, tried on multiple devises and multiple browsers and it still doesn't work. When you contact customer support they just go right back to "it's your cash and cookies"

I was having difficulty with setting up my email on a new computer. I couldn't do it, and I couldn't get into my GoDaddy account. It turned out that I had a number of old email accounts in my GoDaddy account that were causing problems. It was a complicated problem working through all of that but the representative was patient, kind, listened well, and really wanted to help me. It was the best customer service experience that I can remember.

I called GoDaddy needing help with the Microsoft Multifactor Authentication process on my email that I have through GoDaddy. The representative was very knowledgeable and let me know that my email account wasn't licensed through GoDaddy but another source. However, he was able to help me with the issue.
