GoDaddy has great introductory pricing for domains, but the renewal price is higher than the competition.Google tries to sell you on website design and hosting by offering a free 7 day trial with automatic renewal.

I am extremely disappointed with the GoDaddy Payments Merchant Team. They have been holding my customers' funds for the past 4 days, amounting to $7,500, without any valid reason. Despite providing all the required documentation and making numerous attempts to reach them via email, chat support, and phone calls, there has been no positive response or resolution—only empty promises and delays.Our business relies on a timely cash flow to deliver products to our customers within 5 days, and this hold on funds is severely impacting our operations. It's unacceptable to keep funds on hold for so long without any justification or communication.I expect GoDaddy Payments to resolve this issue immediately. If my payouts are released within one day, I will gladly update this review to 5 stars. However, I cannot continue to recommend a service that treats its customers this way. I have already wasted 4 days trying to get in touch, and my patience is wearing thin.Dear Tom, I have submitted all the required documents twice via email reply which were asked by the review team, but still after four days there is no response from the team. i need immediate resolution to my concern.

I I've been a customer of GoDaddy for over 20 years, I am surprised how bad customer service has become. They changed my domain renewal to three years, when I called to correct it to one-year they charged me consolidation fee of $6.03 without telling me first. I don't know what's going on at GoDaddy, I wouldn't be able to recommend them.
