I will start off first rep I worked with was horrible! But the other customer reps we’re great. Nick was wonderful. The very first one was not a great one at all, his ego was larger than life it’s self. When I purchased my domain somehow I ended up with two websites. Not having any knowledge of it my very first representative that I worked with was horrible. Big Ego Rep, had me purchase a domain I didn’t even want, making me feel stupid for not choosing it. He told me that there was no refund for it. And told me It’s like buying two TV’s. What??? Bad analogy!!! Totally wrong about that anybody that buys two TVs has knowledge they’re buying two freaking TVs. I had no knowledge that I had to and when I worked with that chat bought for two weeks I couldn’t get them to refund me for a website I wasn’t evening using: Not knowing I was paying for it. It’s ridiculous. I feel like it’s overpriced on everything but I’m about to pay for something that I know, on top of that it’s left on your dashboard on your account where you can accidentally hit it whenever you’re working on your website , I feel like it’s a trick just to get you to purchase it again. Go daddy is easy to build on, I give them that, but all the other crap I’ve been dealing with, I wouldn’t recommend at all.

They force GoDaddy Airo down your throat and to remove it you need to upgrade to a paid subscription. Other than that, I was in a chat with a support agent who took 5 minutes to reply to every single message. 45 minutes later my problem was still not solved. I'm done with GoDaddy, moving my domains elsewhere.

I recently tried getting a domain name with Google but had a difficult time reaching someone with Google to get support. I decided to cancel my subscription and go with Godaddy instead. The rep I spoke to spent an hour and half getting the domain transferred. She walked me through the DNS transfers. I couldn’t be more pleased with them. I’ve always had great customer service when I’ve called Godaddy and highly recommend them.
