Scam Master!GoDaddy has emerged as a highly questionable and untrustworthy entity, unlike any I have encountered throughout my life. They have repeatedly taken down our website on multiple occasions. It appears that our business competitors have compensated them, resulting in the removal of our website three times. Regrettably, we experienced a similar incident today, as they have parked (hacked) our business website, rendering it currently inoperative. For the sake of transparency, we are providing the last six digits of our GoDaddy customer account number with this communication. Customer number: 705730. Furthermore, we present our website's name here as evidence of our website's removal by GoDaddy. Our website name: "Alpha Green Innovation" According to numerous professionals, such cyber misconduct and scams has not only affected us but has also impacted many startup companies, as reported by the many users. GoDaddy's actions suggest they are engaging in unprofessional tactics against their clients. This situation clearly implies that GoDaddy is involved in dubious and unlawful activities, collaborating with malicious cybercriminals to park (hack) clients' business websites. The act of parking or hacking a business website constitutes a serious cybercrime. We intend to pursue this matter further. We express our disappointment in GoDaddy for their unprofessional practices.

GoDaddy has been extremely easy to use and both Sales & Tech Support were extremely helpful!

Not refunding according to the refund policyI've wasted HOURS on chat and emailing back and forth to try and get the refund I'm owed. Every time, the customer service assistant eventually tells me I WILL BE REFUNDED and then...I'M NEVER REFUNDED. So much time wasted on this, I've resorted to informing anyone considering GoDaddy - the product is rubbish and has so many limitations on the website builder, it's completly useless and there are much better alternatives.

Had an issue with my site I was helped all the way to the end I will continue to work with them.

I can always trust GoDaddy to always be a help. No matter what I call for they are always kind and patiently walk me through whatever help I need. Today Marco was my big helper. I’ve hosted on GoDaddy as well on other platforms for my business needs and I must say that GoDaddy is a cut above the rest in every aspect. I must admit that I can cut costs elsewhere but with GoDaddy, the security snd efficiency that our customers as well as ourselves experience cannot be undermined. Their customer service team is also highly efficient and knowledgeable about their products and services. I appreciate this and some things just shouldn’t be compromised. Thanks Guys!
