What is funny is that my role was reversed being a customer instead of an analyst. I am a retired system analyst at Boeing and I use to do trouble tickets solving customer issues. I am so happy that I don't have to do that anymore but Xenjie did a great job and knows each browser that I use perfectly and how to resolve the corrupted cookie issue on all three browsers. Very bad experience with Go Daddy, I will never recommend them for hosting, domains or SSL

Contact phone # on website was useless because website e-mail was frozen when domain name expired. 480-624-2500 let me pay bill and did almost everything I needed except confirm passwords. Thx GoDaddy, you have served me well for a long, long time. Live long and prosper! P.S.--Some tweaking of godaddy website "changeupdate.com" may be needed to serve the problem mentioned above.
