As a new user to the 360 Poynt Terminal, I find that learning and navigating all of these new bells and whistles can be a bit overwhelming; but the customer support here is top notch. My mind was immediately put at ease, knowing that I can speak to live agents, who will help me to sort through my concerns. Agents were polite, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Such an experience is really refreshing in a world where growing technology now offers limited human interactions.

The representative (Sargon) was able to unlock our account and get our DNS nameservers and MX codes set up, after we transferred from Square space. Our account was locked and I thought our website and email would be locked for 7 days, but he found a way to get us back up and running. I use Godaddy because I can get a real person on the phone to help talk me through technical support. All you can get at Squarespace is chat bots and human bots, if you are willing to wait a long time.
