I've had multiple frustrating experiences with GoDaddy's auction platform. After winning several domain auctions and completing the payments, the domains were never delivered to me. It's been over a year now, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issues, nothing has been resolved.What's even more disappointing is the customer support. They initially responded to my inquiries but then stopped replying altogether. It has been nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone who can provide real assistance or explanations. The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating.Instead of receiving a proper refund to my original payment method, I was offered in-store credit without my consent. This is unacceptable, especially when the fault lies on their end for not delivering the domains I purchased.I expected better from a company as prominent as GoDaddy. Their auction services and customer support need significant improvement. I hope they address these problems soon so other customers don't have to go through the same ordeal.

Awful customer service. Basically, they don't offer customer service anymore. I faithfully used GoDaddy for all my email and domain names because they had wonderful customer service and now it is the complete opposite. Forget about ever talking to a live person. There is no email address to send an email to a customer service department. All they offer is Ai text or chat and Ai just does not understand anything at all. They lost me as a customer after 20 years. I am looking for another place to host and buy domain names. A place where you can actually speak to a real live person. NOTE** After writing this review I receive an email a Customer review person to click a link to talk. Haha..the earliest appointment to talk was 4 days out. I then write back saying, this is exactly what I meant. He did call me to give me, NOT to fix the problem but to give me excuses as to why they don't provide customer service any longer. They've gotten too big for their britches and don't hire people. They are trying to improve their profit margin by having ai bots and not people.GoDaddy, you do whatever you want but I will not be paying premium prices for discount services.

The person I talked to was very nice, and informative. The only thing I did not like was he told me the detail of the deal going on, then went straight to I'm going to run your card put this on your card. Did not ask if I'd like to go proceed with the deal. I have dealt with go daddy for many years. But did not give me any options in this situation.
