I have 3 websites hosted with GoDaddy. The customer service is amazing and their team is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

Easy to purchase and manage domains but their support team is like two different companies. The telephone team are fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The live chat team are terrible. Almost two hours and they hadn't done a single thing despite assurances. They even admitted they speak to 4 customers at once and because I wasn't purchasing another domain, they prioritise sales chats over product help/advice.

I have dealt periodically with GoDaddy over the years, and every time I get off the phone with them, I am always very impressed. They are extremely helpful and accessible. In this day and age to be able to pick up the phone and quickly resolve an issue or challenge is unique. I could not be happier with their service and hope they never change their model.

What makes things better and different are the actual people who go out of their way to help and make the client understand the issue on hand.Elia made me feel at easy, right off the bat. His tone of voice and language skills made me at ease. He took his time to explain what was needed in a very comfortable yet timely manner. Although i am not the savviest tech guy, at no time I felt like, I'm wasting his time. I felt like talking to a friend or a caring teacher. Ppl like Elia make your company look and sound approachable for advice and commerce. His upselling skills were polite and super smooth, but unfortunately my website is being created by family members for free.I just wanted to thank him, and show my appreciation but leaving this comment for him.You Ma Man!

The Godaddy team was fabulous!! From Jana in sales to Fred in support their help with my email migration process was so patient and kind. I would definitely recommend Godaddy if you are thinking about changing your email provider.
