Go Daddy advised paying for email services associated with domain name which is incorrect if you want to use 365 email services. Microsoft needed to access the domain email and couldn't because it was tied to Go Daddy instead of Microsoft. Once noted, Arlene got straight on the case with mega tech advice and an instant refund, so Go Daddy rectified the issue with full satisfaction, hence 4 stars

We were up for renewal and received an email on 10/21/24 that credit card was denied most likely due to expiration. Email stated we had a 12 day grace period from 10/17/24. Our email was shut down on 10/22/24 before we had a chance to update credit card info. We first text support and was suppose to be handed off to a human, that never happened. Called text support and because we did not have record of our PIN that was set up close to 25 years ago the account need to be authenticated. Options for that is to either text our office phone or email a code. Neither was an option due to office phone not receiving text and email has been cut off even though we are in 12 day grace period. We entered a account recovery ticket that can take up to 72 hours. In the meantime we are loosing money because our email is down.
