We use GoDaddy's SmartLine for our organization since we don't have a physical location. It's great! No issues with not receiving calls or texts...same for outgoing messages. The SmartLine number just rings through to my cell number and I can identify that it's the business line.

Spent over 500 euros and then got this notification:During the login process, our secure site will prompt you to upload a viewable, scanned copy of the payment method account holder's government-issued photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport. In the comments box, we ask that you also provide a brief explanation of how you intend to use the product(s) purchased. If we do not receive the requested documentation within the next 48 hours, your order(s) may be canceled for your protection.--My account was fully locked, and I have to upload the passport in my account. How can I do that if you don't give me access?Lost over 500 euro into dust :( Hope I can recover it via PayPal--Reply to their reply: as mentioned in above review, I am unable to login whatsoever. If I press on login, it just refreshes. My GoDaddy spent this year alone is around 3600 excluding VAT on various accounts (me and clients I got to Godaddy). So I know how to login to my account. But unfortunately, support does not take me seriously. Not on chat, not on email, not on Trustpilot. Denying an account to a customer with this much spend is crazy. This was my final payment to GoDaddy ever! I will start moving all my domain names, hosting and will see how to get Office via different resources. I liked GoDaddy since it was easy to create Office email accounts, but if you are denying access to accounts and you are not even able to prove you paid with your own account, it's a useless host that does not take anyone serious. Even after this review, I have not received an email whatsoever, or no-one has actually looked into the account. They just say 'sign in', like I don't know how to sign in. What a disgrace.I will put a claim in PayPal tomorrow. Will make sure to move away my portfolio from. Thanks for the service since 2020, I used to be a happy customer. Overall spent has been over 7500 euro! Not the way you want to treat your loyal customers.
