Our website was really slow in loading and going from page to page. We had a great customer service rep, Andrew, who was committed to helping us. He was professional enough to pass our case on to the computer engineers who deal with our type of issue. They examined everything carefully, always providing results. Provided the changes discussed and now the site is performing as it should. Andrew stayed on the line with us for as long as needed. He even advised us about a new rule, not GD's, and we opted to upgrade our SSL service. GoDaddy provided the best customer care as it has done for years.

I do not know anything about setting up a website but Ian helped me and made the process very easy. He also said that if I have issues I can email him and he would help. Most companies in general you have to call the customer service line and hope for someone competent. I am thrilled to at least have someone to answer my questions. Thank you!!

my extremely terrible experience at godaddy, godaddy automatically moved my server to a new server starting from the 21st (pre-announced) and the old and new servers crashed and were inaccessible since then. until the 28th, my server was accessible again but the website on my server was down due to godaddy's data transfer problem. i sent support tickets many times but the problem was not fixed. i was forced to move my server to a new provider myself. terrible.Rate the quality of service on a scale of 10: server quality 5 points, service 4 points, price 3 points. spent a lot of money but did not get a worthy result. terrible. i created a ticket to request a refund but have not received it yet. Godaddy must compensate for the damage you caused me
