The problem of a scam letter demanding renewal notice for One Year for late payment was called into the center. 5 minute wait was worth reviewing the two-step security codes, and reviewing the 3-year payment was secure and domain secure from hackers

GoDaddy resells domains in a way that I consider illicit, demanding excessive payments to release them. Furthermore, their customer support is useless, with generic responses and a lack of solutions. I do not recommend GoDaddy if you value your online presence and fair treatment.

I was annoyed at unwanted renewals for Microsoft 365 and the associated charges (three on one domain, which I didn't want in the first place) and the guy who helped me took care of the issue quickly, got the billing team to make the adjustments, keeping what I wanted and removing what I didn't, and got me the resolution I was looking for - all in relatively quick time. I was pleasantly surprised, because customer service isn't usually that smooth when it's about billing. GoDaddy has always been pretty good with service once you reach somebody.

GoDaddy has the worst customer service. I have been on hold now for 1 hour. When I try to use their online customer service after finally saying i would be connected to a live person, the bot said wait time would be 51 minutes. No one showed up on the chat.
