He said i have to call back tomorrow if i have not had a email.So to make a complaint i need to login but cant login.4 day and i loss my website so i have till friday 7thmarch 2025.I have had no email from 123reg i first contacted them last Monday 24thfeb 2025 so 7days ago and nothing. 123 reg are owned by GoDaddy you need to contact Go Daddy to help you need to speak to them because on line they say they are not but on the phone they say that 123 reg are owned by Go Daddy

My conversation with Blake in technical support was very helpful, though the call was interrupted due to my doctor calling in so I am waiting for Blake to call me back. He definitely seemed like he was trying to help me out with a dozen or so excessive charges on my account of which I was unaware, and for things that I never used. However the sales department that initially called me seemed a bit high pressured to me, with very limited plans or options, and trying to convince me the only plan that would do the job and be effective and feasible for what I need is of course the most expensive option, in the area of $8,000!!
