Customer service is second to none, website is easy to navigate…even I could do it! I tried other websites before but they felt too complicated. GoDaddy is very easy to navigate and help was always on hand if you needed it and they didn’t make me feel daft for asking. I would definitely recommend.

I've talked to several different representatives who have been helpful and informative. I found out that I have a plan that includes email marketing, which is why I called. The rep helped my get everything set up and was good at trouble shooting with me. Very helpful! Great customer service

I don't complete surveys. But the service I received today was exceptional. Michael John David was extremely patient with me as we navigated the process to migrate an email account from Google to GoDaddy. This involved another 3rd party site (WordPress) that I host my webpage on. He had every opportunity to give up on me as we slowly walked through the process, but he did not. I am very thankful for his time, patience and guidance.

The company is going downhill way too fastI have been a customer for 10 years and never seen that bad customer service before!Everything started last year as apparently they moved their customer service overseas and you get very beginners level support with no resolution to any complicated case plus you waste hours on the phone.I moved already some services to another provider and if they continue like that I will be moving everything this yeartoday March 3, I called for support 3:19 pm Eastern Time and their dashboard was down so they couldn't assist meWhat a joke that the host service cannot keep their website up.If you don't change whatever you have done in the past year I assure you that you will run out of business soon!!
