I have had an ongoing issue with my Outlook email for a year & kept putting off calling to discuss due to the time it takes on hold. The representative, Arjhun, was very patient, understanding, helpful, & exceptional! He looked into my account & realized my frustration and had compassion for me. He was thorough & stayed on the phone with me until the form was complete & didn't just tell me what to do & let me go. He should train others the technique of a lost skill...good customer service skills! I feel good about being a long-time customer of GoDaddy because of workers like him.

Godaddy has excellent products and services. When I saw that my expertise, or lack thereof, would not get me the results, I sought out the marketing and web design team, which has been fantastic. Their pricing was more than reasonable compared to others I researched. So far, it has been more than worth it to allow their team to get me my desired results.

Farhan is an ABSOLUTE AMAZING customer service representative! He was able to expeditiously assist me with setting up my email accounts on my new device. He was also able to provide clarity about how scammers used my business email address to send ransom messages to my email address and other businesses. He assured me that I had protection on all of my email accounts and advised me on how to prevent further spam messages! I strongly advise against using GoDaddy. Despite canceling my account and removing my payment details, they have continued to debit my bank account every 2 years since 2020 for a site that has been inactive for four years. This means i have paid for 6 years of hosting for a hosting packahmge that closed down 4 years ago.Their disregard for customer concerns is evident—I’ve submitted multiple complaints and have yet to receive any response. To protect myself from further unauthorised charges, I am now forced to change my bank account details. GoDaddy is an untrustworthy, unhelpful company that will steal your money. Avoid them at all costs.Ps: they allow you 5 working days to cancel bank statements come every 30 days and the policy they have is if you do not cancel within 5 days you are out of Policy. The worst part is I have had to cancel every 2 years and they still have my bank details and carry out unauthorised debits from my account . Be very careful I have taken this matter further with my bank now

I was having server issues with my GoDaddy email. I called the service line. The technical service person, Marvin Joe, was patient and understanding he looked into the issue I was having and talked me through the back end process whilst he was fixing the issue. I felt valued and heard. I was informed it would take up to 48hrs for this to resolve and reassured if it didn't resolve that I could email or call and the issue would be escalated. GoDaddy are easy to communicate with and I highly recommend their service. After my issue was identified I didn't feel rushed off the phone and I managed to get another small issue resolved without feeling like I was belittled as I have been with some other companies.

My GoDaddy emails have been hacked, My 2 websites are deleted along with 4 emails, the business has stopped, and all GoDaddy can do is give me a support ticket that they will look into it within 3 days, Absolutely no empathy or urgency to resolve.All I need is a recovery reset password email to another email address, as the hackers have also gained access to my hotmail… GoDaddy after spending 2hrs on the phone informed me that this required approval and to fill in online form , very disappointing, if you have a business can you imagine if all your website and emails are off line. please becareful when using GoDaddy customers ref 238221176

If you’re looking for a web hosting provider that values profit over customer service, GoDaddy is your go-to. My experience has been a nightmare from start to finish.Lack of Service and Support: The so-called support team at GoDaddy is a joke. When I reached out for help, I was met with a series of unhelpful responses and endless queues. It’s clear they’re more interested in upselling services than actually solving any problems. My subdomains stopped working after they interfered with the DNS settings, and instead of fixing it, they shuffled me from one agent to another, each more clueless than the last.Selling Instead of Supporting: Every interaction with their support team feels like an opportunity for them to push more products, regardless of whether they solve your problem. They seem to care more about squeezing money out of you than providing any real assistance. It’s a thinly veiled sales operation, masquerading as customer support.Nothing Works as It Should: The services I’ve paid for simply do not function properly. What’s worse, when I’ve sought help to get things working, I’ve been met with excuses and delays. GoDaddy seems incapable of delivering even the most basic functionality without some kind of issue.Misdirection and Outdated Products: Perhaps the most infuriating part is the outright misrepresentation of their products. I was sold a VPS with the promise of modern, up-to-date features, only to find it’s running outdated and limited apps, like Node.js 10.3, which is practically ancient. This is a blatant case of mis-selling, and it’s completely unacceptable.In summary, GoDaddy has proven to be a massive disappointment. They offer outdated products, have zero customer service, and their support team seems more interested in selling you more useless services than helping with what you already have. Avoid them if you value your time, money, and sanity.
