Update: While they post here that they want to help, after repeated contacts, nothing has been fixed -- they have the fee they collected for "renewal"that wasn't due for seven more months AND they have my domain name. They literally have my money and the product, both. I've had to make a BBB complaint.Original post: I purchased a domain name and basic protection for a year. They kind of sneakily billed me as though my year was up -- and no, I didn't double-check (I'd been in the hospital and otherwise busy) and I thought I could trust them, so I paid again, basically being double-billed. After an extremely disappointing talk with a customer rep, I challenged the charge through my credit card company. Now they've told me my products are deleted, which I didn't want to lose my domain name, just get reimbursed for the double billing. I haven't heard anything about getting the double-billed amount or, now, the prorated amount for what they cancelled without my okay. What a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN, GODADDY!! I'll pay anyone else twice as much if it means not dealing with you.

When calling GoDaddy the agent Lussiana is the one who picked up the call. She was amazing! The tone of her voice, her service quality, how much intention and effort she put into making sure we know she is glad to help us, and the smile in her face we could hear in her voice, all of that made the call probably the best call i’ve had. GoDaddy should raise her salary and make sure she always stays with them.
