Received an email from a scamming site that purported to be GoDaddy. I recognized a problem with the email address and contacted GoDaddy IT support. The person who helped me, "Vin", was superbly helpful. A lookalike website impersonating GoDaddy last year obtained my banking information and scammed me. This year they were attempting to charge me for fake services and scam me again, but this time I recognized the scam and contacted your security team.

Like everyone @ GoDaddy this week, Mario and the Website Builder designers are my new heros!!! ?? So far you've solved all my issues and the site is infinitely better than I had hoped it could be after a couple of days' work !!!

The customer service is exceptional! They went out of their way to explain solution options and to address any questions and concerns. The interaction made me feel like a valued customer.

In the world of automated voice calls and convoluted ways of talking to a human. It was refreshing and much appreciated to speak to a human in the GoDaddy support team within seconds. I wanted to give my developer selective access to my domain name. Alysa patiently explained the process and walked me through the changes. At no time did I feel rushed or made to feel "dumb." I would highly recommend GoDaddy for domain registration and much more. The support team is phenomenal!
