Working with GoDaddy is always extremely easy to get services up and running. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Godaddy has been super easy to use and has absolutely met all my needs for my website.

Signed up for one service (backorders) which was discontinued. They then signed me up for a different service (auctions) which I have no use for. Charged me, and then refused to refund. Scammers.

Godaddy platform is a good value. I use it for my personal family site and email. Its what I need without a tone of extras.

I have called in several times over the past years with various issues or design questions and everyone has been so helpful. Today, Kevin Rodriguez helped me try and figure out why my site wouldn't go live and after a lot of trials, he figured out what was going on and even though I have to pin it to revisit tomorrow (which he gave me his contact info for tomorrow) we are headed in the right direction. He was very kind and patient. Looking forward to finishing it up tomorrow.

I work in the health care industry, and while we thought we were prepared for our photo shoot , something came up, an emergency and we realized we didn have back up. tat affected the plan for the day. while it may have taken a bit to reach someone, at this point i was expecting a heavy fee for the last minute cancelation but the agent was accomodating and graceful. AS a matter of fact, GoDaddy's customer service is always on point.

I like that the hold times are short, and you always talk to someone that knows the products. Most issues are resolved on the call or take a day or so to resolve. I like talking to someone vs the AI way.

Virtual assistant was not helpful and actually rude. Nicole came to the rescue.

Website is not very user friendly and they charged me twice saying I have 2 accounts. I have only published one and use one. I didn’t realize I even had two until I noticed the second charge of $400. I have called a few times now and they say my refund is still pending approval. It has been almost 2 months now!I will NOT be using GoDaddy in the future!
