I am very new to website building and management, and Go Daddy has been able to help me every step of the way. Wether I need support with set up, or resources to learn how to do it myself, they have been very helpful and efficient in every aspect of this process. Regardless of your experience or level of knowledge in regards to website building, they can help you however you need. I purchased a domain and website, alongside WordPress to manage and build the site. I was able to lock in a 10 year plan for a fairly reasonable price, and was given all the tools necessary to build a very successful and powerful website to sell my artwork. Knowing that I officially own my site, opposed to just having it leased to me is also huge. There is more control and customization with the higher price point, and as an artist, creative freedom was a dealbreaker. Go Daddy made that possible for what I believe to be a very fair number. If you're willing to put in a bit of elbow grease, or spend a reasonable amount of money, Go Daddy is hands down the way to go.

The company has now started revoking DNS API access for customers with fewer than 10 domains, meaning your DDNS scripts or auto-renewal certificate scripts won’t work. 10 domains? Ridiculous. Looks like they’re really desperate for money now. Time to migrate away from GoDaddy.

My hold time was minimal (less than 2 minutes)to reach a representative. They were very patient, knowledeable, and friendly. they gave excellent user friednly directions and was able to resole all 3 issues in under 15 minutes. I was very impressed.

I registered 4 domain names through GoDaddy, and wanted to release two of them.I spent more than 2 hours chatting with several of their people today, and made no progress. They fail to answer specific, reasonable questions.As another inconvenience, between February and now, Go(Nowhere)Daddy stopped sending chat transcripts to customers.Hello JM at GoDaddyYou're welcome. Please review the logs from my chats with your GoDaddy customer service representatives to "better understand your experience". I spent multiple hours on multiple service chats with them.Beyond that, I'd be happy to discuss the problems with GoDaddy customer service with you, but I'd need to charge you for my time to do that.Best regardsArthur

I've been a long time customer of GoDaddy & long time business owner. In the early days they were exceptional (fast support when needed). Then they became bigger and support quality became an issue. Here in 2025 another technical issue came up and the support was great. That's what you want from a domain registrar. Easy to use product, fair pricing, and excellent support.

GoDaddy is the place to host your website if you don't know how to build websites. Their AI generator and their Builders make you look like an expert. Customer Service is always available and I have never had an issue that did not get resolved on my first call. I have been a loyal customer for decades and they keep getting better and better!

Very disappointing experience with GoDaddyI purchased a domain from GoDaddy for my business, Daymond Protection Group, and migrated my website to the new domain daymondpg.com. I was told everything would be handled automatically within 24 to 48 hours and that I didn’t need to do anything on my end.However, it’s been a full week, and the SSL certificate still doesn’t work — the site shows up as not secure with a warning triangle.Even worse was the customer service: one representative told me I’d have to pay extra to get the issue fixed (despite being told everything was included), and another one, Luisa Rodriguez from the Sell & Support Department, was extremely disrespectful. She sent me a complicated guide that I don’t understand and then hung up on me.Overall, this has been a frustrating and negative experience. I do not recommend GoDaddy, especially if you’re not tech-savvy and expect real support.
