I called to sort out my domain renewal because it was one day before my nine year renewal and my credit card on file had expired. I was helped by Customer Service Rep, Angel, and she was just that - an angel. She answered my questions and fixed my account in record time. I have been with GoDaddy since they began in 1997 - when any domain name cost $35 for one year - and I will never leave, despite offers from other companies. GoDaddy stood out from day one - they offered phenomenal service and products back then and they are still number one in my book. And as long as they have helpful CSRs like Angel, who will take the time to offer personal assistance, I will be a GoDaddy client and be sure to recommend them! GoDaddy Go!

The customer support chat support is shocking. The representatives appear to be dealing with several customers at once, every time you type something it takes between 5 and 10 minutes for a response. I have today spent over 90 minutes chatting and they still haven't dealt with my enquiries. Very poor service

I have put in for support with my new website which they published before Christmas without my permission. I have no log on details and unable to edit my website since they took it down after I asked them too. I have been dealing with Zach from customer services for the last 2 months now and STILL have not been able to speak with anyone who can help me. I’ve paid £2400 for a website and service and have still receive no support and still don’t have any editing access. I am extremely unhappy with the services carried out and I will be asking for a full refund. This has been months of ongoing back and fourth. Phone calls. And no one has helped. Extremely unimpressed and would not suggest them to anyone.

RIDICULOUS COSTS. If you do not renew your subscription on the 20th, 600% EXTRA costs will be charged. Even if your subscription has NOT yet expired, you still have to pay 600% EXTRA. Support is also very slow, the AI ??bot does not want to connect you.
