I had an issue setting up DNS records for my website so the URL was not working. I contacted support and they responded very, very quickly. They checked my DNS records and found the issue. Then instead of just telling me what to do, they put up the correct records, and this allowed me to see what was done. This was the second time I used support (again my issue not theirs) and had the same great support!

I am giving a 1 star review in the hope that these reviews are read and maybe I will get contacted by Big Rock. Companies tend to be quick at responding when they receive negative reviews in an attempt to make you change your review. I am now on my third week of emailing to resolve an issue of accessing my account. The site boasts a 24/7 customer support that is not what I have received.

I have a website with 10k visitors per month. It worked well on Big Rock until they blocked my account because someone DOSed my website.I couldn't even access my own database and I had to wait for days to get a proper backup, while my website was down.

They have been great so far. I always recommend Big Rock to my clients. Their service is great. What I love most is their UI. Honestly, that's one of the main reasons I use Big Rock. When I visit sites like HostGator, Bluehost, etc, I just lose interest in staying there for a few seconds. Because their user interface is terrible. But Big Rock user interface is great, so clean. Also, their customer success heroes are great. Safitri, joza, Andrew, they have been so helpful.

I had recently been looking into hosting multiple websites and had a hard time finding one until trying Big Rock, and, wow!! It was totally worth it! Their website portal and all their tools are very easy to use, everything has step-by-step references and helpful links at each stage, and if something isn't quite clear or if it is a complex task, their support help desk is amazing! I spoke with Kayla to help me with some fairly complex issues, and she resolved it with ease and was very friendly/courteous! It's a far cry better from my last host (Host Gator) and I am gladly switching all of my websites to Big Rock. It's nice to have peace of mind for my websites that I know will be not only in good hands, but reliable service and up-times with no hassle. customer support is excellent. But its pricing policy that we can't price less than 1 euro to our products is really painful.In my case from Pakistan, I can't price my product for less than 233 rs. Don,t know why the company makes this policy while it is a global company.
