Big Rock is German precision coupled with objectivity. This is all I want. Even their AI chatbot is so well configured that it resolves quickly all the questions I had concerning setting up website, emails. I say this because some chatbots in other hosting companies are a disaster. Human service customer at Big Rock is fast and well informed. This spares me much time which I can dedicate to other tasks.

I am really happy with Big Rock services and they also have a really helpful Costumer Support Team. For a few days now that I´ve been having such terrible issues with 2 Big Rock webmails, I've tried all sorts of things to resolve this, including deleting stuff... what a nightmare!! So asked for help and to the rescue came Orland, I'm not even gonna say what the problem was... I'll take the embarrassment to the grave! But Orland was really nice and helpful, its all working normally again. Thanks a lot for the politeness!I totally recommend.
