The AI Kodee was okay, but couldn't fix the issue and got stuck into a loop, but when I requested a supervisor, Shifa arrived to the chat, the problem was fixed quickly and efficiently.

I responded to the teams email reminding me about my domain renewal and they were quick to respond and even went an extra mile.48 hours later.... 26/03/2025 I was quick to review. Let me just say that there is helpful staff and well staff that makes you jump ship immediately. No longer want to use their services. from 5 stars to 1 yes, they did not even give me options but suggested the easy way out for them and a two weeks out for me. Still yet to find out if the refund policy works because I am at a place where trust for them just went by with wind. But thank you to the first person that assisted.
