I’ve been using Big Rock for a while, and while their service was decent, I’m very disappointed with the recent changes to their plans. They altered the structure of their offerings, which affected my existing setup, but there was little to no clear communication about it.While I understand that companies evolve, these kinds of modifications should be handled with better transparency, especially for long-time customers. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider whether Big Rock is the right hosting provider for me.

I’m a software engineer with many years of programming experience, so I can usually figure things out on my own without needing help. However, this time I encountered an issue that led me to contact their support team. Initially, I was a bit worried because I’d heard that support from many companies can be disappointing. To my surprise, after answering a few automated questions, a real engineer joined the chat. He was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to assist me. He suggested a few more things for me to try, which I’ll test later since I had to step away for a meeting. I really appreciate that the company provides actual human support—instead of relying entirely on an AI bot or FAQ—and I’m confident the issue will eventually be resolved.

I purchased their VPS plan for both companies just because of their attractive pricing and now afterward once the VPS our developer rebooted then all sites went down. Then our developers were unable to access the browser terminal neither ssh and all their support team saying restore your backup and do everything on your own. I told them more than 100 times on chat, we are not asking you for any developer task or error fixing but our developers are unable to access your VPS so give us a solution so we can access the VPS and our developer start fixing the issues. They have very ignorant and illiterate internees on support, they simply copy-paste or send the same messages repeatedly. I regretted it too much because I paid for two years for both VPS and it's my second month. I thought I almost wasted my money and time which they don't value. So will recommend to everyone to please stay away from this hosting service if you want after-sales service. They are not professional and have ZERO sense of humor. I lost all the money so don't want others to waste their money. Hope everyone will understand.
