Great resolution regaring domain pointing and website copy

Verry automated. You have to do the things in the right order. If you don't you need the helpdesk. The real persons are ok. The AI not so. First helpdesk experience wasn't great. Second one much better. Takes a while before you find the chat and then before get a real person. But they are great.

I would recommend the service to my friend, the service is good and the support is always there fast and solves the problem.

Resolving SSL IssuesThe staff was very helpful in identifying the problem with the SSL certificate. The Domain would not forward correctly to a new https:// website in Chrome. It worked fine in FireFox. We had to setup a new dummy website and put a redirection in the index.html file.

Having personally never built/designed or created a website/landing page before. Big Rock really does make it easy. Super easy to use and effective user interface. It really does make making the initial and subsequent changes to your website really easy. Monica from the team really helped me out immensely and a wish to again just genuinely thank her.

I've been using Big Rock for a while now. And for the most part it's been good. But recently I wanted to add a single email box to my account and it turned into a looping nightmare. In the end. Adding a single email box to my account, was going to cost me more than I was paying for the entire hosting. Their pricing system is very confusing and difficult to move through. And in some cases a little misleading. That's not the kind of business I was to deal with.

The scam is this. if you buy with crypto. there is no refund.

They don't provide Windows based VPS. This is very important and should be clearly listed in the selections BEFORE purchase, because trying to get a refund is NOT easy on their site.
