I'm a fairly new Big Rock customer, but my experience so far has been excellent. The system is fast and reliable, and the interfaces and tools are easy to use. Today I had to talk to a friendly and professional Customer Success Specialist (Brisa) and received quick and detailed help to fix my issue. So far, so good Big Rock!

Big Rock's customer service is excellent! Their customer service provider was very patient in answering all my questions and helpful in walking me through the steps I needed to make for the changes I needed. When the person helping me was at the end of his shift, he let me know in advance and handed me off to his colleague, who was also very helpful and friendly. The overall experience I had was wonderful - very different from the customer service I received from my previous Web Hosting provider.

A no BS approach to having online services at a MUCH more affordable price than other companies I have tried. I used GoDaddy for many years but the latest renewal price blew me away. They priced themselves beyond my reach. So glad I found Big Rock. I can have multiple sites hosted at a fraction of what GoDaddy is charging. Easy and Painless transfer and new site setup.A+++
