I bought a hosting for my WP site with heavy trafic, the moment i logged in findout, the services are not what they are saying on the landing page, super slow and poor support, I asked for a refund which they did with a wrong CVV2 so the money couldnt come back, when i asked in the support they said its already refunded, IF they are doing this for $22 i am sure this company needs to find another business. Poor support, Poor services.

Since being referred to HostingRaja via Charlie Chang You Tube video, I can say the journey to building a new web site with HostingRaja has been like a breath of fresh air. Their Web Builder must be one of the simplest, most intuitive and yet simple to understand and use. When I did run into an issue with my email the support I received was brilliant even their 'bot' could recognise immediately I needed to chat with a real person so again (5 stars to the bot). Once chatting with 'J' she put me at ease and had helped adjust some settings that would tide me over short term whilst we worked out a schedule to move my Domain and Emails to HostingRaja completely...so although I have been with HostingRaja only a few days a lot has happened and they've been great...and great value too.

I am having a great experience using HostingRaja. It`s easy, dinamic, has a great help chat online, that untill now solved my problems.

The support is very good and fast, and even the user panel is very simple. However, I have a bad experience with this simplicity! Because I spent about 4 hours of my time to buy a domain.After registering on the main site and going to the payment page, I couldn't make the payment with PayPal, and I realized that the amounts are in dollars, while my PayPal is in euros. I looked into the settings to find an option to change the currency, but I couldn't! I contacted support, and they said I should register with another email and remember to choose the language of my country so that the currency is converted to euros (it couldn't get worse than this).But I wanted to use my own email! I deleted the settings from my account and went back to the site with an incognito browser, changed my language, and went for registration but faced the error that your email already exists! I went back with the previous browser, registered again, and saw that my information was not deleted!!! I had to change my email and re-verify. Finally, my email was available for a new registration.The new registration was done, the currency was changed to euros, but still, I couldn't make the payment with PayPal! As a result, I made a direct payment with Sofort from my bank. When I returned from the bank, I got the unsuccessful error again, but the payment was done. I contacted support again, they checked and said it's normal to have this issue with Sofort, and I have to wait for 72 hours!Now, my domain is not registered, my money is gone, and I have to wait for 72 hours to get results (something that I always did in less than 5 minutes).Unfortunately, my first experience with Hostingr was not a good one. But again, I say that their support was very good.

I've been using HostingRaja for a couple of years with a number of websites. I find them to be good value, offer a good speed for my websites and their support via chat has always provided a solution to my problems.

Worst Service Experience EverAll my work is delayed, for 3-4 months HostingRaja is not able to solve my issue, They are not fixing or refunding my money so that i can start with another hosting provider. I am not able to extract any zip file, or upload any file to the server, even FTP is also not working....and they just say all the time, we are woking on you ticket, i don't know how long it will take and i am losing my clients and business due to this kind of worst support!
