They showed me how this happened and how to prevent it in the future.I'm in SEA timezone and got a full explanation even with them sending screenshots and means to verify the result, while it is night over there. Having several subscriptions with other services, this was by far the best customer service since long, and I'm even using the lowest plan :D

I have been using a HostingRaja shared hosting plan since 2021 and I have gotten 100% uptime on my shared hosting plan, also their customer support respond promptly and assist to any issues I have.

Since 2003 I had been using another provider (the most famous in Italy), last year I switched to HostingRaja and now life is easier. I don't give 5 stars because for some important settings you need a VPS.But the sites are very fast, and the possibility of choosing the server from various areas in the world makes everything very efficient. Terrible support system, there is no way to reach anyone outside of support chat system. They make you go via knowledge base before talking to AI computer system. Afterwards I was on hold for 30 minutes before getting an actual person. The support team has very limited knowledge or maybe access to issues that maybe going on on your server. Support will submit your issue to another dept where you still have to wait for a response. This is very frustrating. GET A SUPPORT TICKET SYSTEM AND SUPPORT TEAM WHO CAN SOLVE ISSUES WITHOUT THE WAIT

I'm having a wonderful hosting experience with HostingRaja. The support is super helpful and their web apps working pretty nicely.

I am super happy with my cloud hosting plan. Just what I needed for my agency. They are clearly continuing to refine the user dashboard and increasing functionality.

Posting family provides very poor service, no good service at all and their response time is not good. Your domain is suspended repeatedly without any help.

I had some issues but their TA team was able to resolve them fairly quickly.

I received useful information and helped me recover my website.

I've been a HostingRaja client for a few years now and had a recent contact with their customer service folks. I haven't had many encounters with them since I originally established my website and can honestly say that their service has greatly improved since then. Prompt, patient and thorough.
