I am considering to migrate my websites to hostinger. It is much cheaper then my current host, but I wanted to compare performance, so I decided to migrate 2 websites and try. I am not a techical person so the process was not clear enlugh for me, I reached us to the support team expecting that chat will be the best way to get support, but I soon was directed to email communication and was surprised to see how efficient was tis service. Dika was keen to help me, responded in minutes to each of my questions and reuests, and kept "holding my hand" until the websites were successfuly migrated.

Having used BlueHost for almost ten years it was recently purchased by another company and their Customer Support is terrible (sounds like an unexpected sales call from a loan company). After considerable research I decided to move my entire small publishing company (at least six domains) to hostinger.com which is reasonably priced and positively reviewed.It is almost Indescribable what I put the poor support team at hostinger through and equally Indescribable how they rose to the occasion – polite, informative and friendly. They helped me with every facet of the move of my domains and websites. They worked with me via email, which I prefer, not dumping me as Bluehost does when you turn away. You can keep track of your thread and they have a kind of ‘watch Captain” (Emily)who keeps and eye on it all. Jerome was my last support person, there were countless others.This was far beyond what I anticipated.There was a while there where nothing worked -- access to my hostinger account or my Proton email and hostinger stepped in 24/7 to help and restore.I have new projects to establish with my new Host and I am now pleased and excited for the future with them.If you check out the basics -- price, terms etc. you won't know the breadth and depth of this Support System. Keep it forefront in your mind as you evaluate different Hosting possibilities . . . And choose hostinger.

They take the time to help you once you get through the A.I. bits that can hekp you with the most basic simple problems.Once you need more hekp you just keep asking things A.I. can not answer and you get redirected to an agent. And then you can count on good support. That is my experience with hostinger so far.

Ed, the customer support specialist is very tailored on his work when it comes on my details of my website and knows exactly of what was going on and fixed it in an instant. It has been a couple of days/weeks that it was down with all the errors and it is just frustrating that you cannot get work done. But he is extraordinary with and did it in a couple of minutes. I signed up here just to give that feedback :DI had a specific problem related to SSL, and their support team solved it immediately. They showed me how this happened and how to prevent it in the future.I'm in SEA timezone and got a full explanation even with them sending screenshots and means to verify the result, while it is night over there. Having several subscriptions with other services, this was by far the best customer service since long, and I'm even using the lowest plan :D
