I have been using a hostinger shared hosting plan since 2021 and I have gotten 100% uptime on my shared hosting plan, also their customer support respond promptly and assist to any issues I have.

Since 2003 I had been using another provider (the most famous in Italy), last year I switched to hostinger and now life is easier. I don't give 5 stars because for some important settings you need a VPS.But the sites are very fast, and the possibility of choosing the server from various areas in the world makes everything very efficient. I am super happy with my cloud hosting plan. Just what I needed for my agency. They are clearly continuing to refine the user dashboard and increasing functionality.

I haven't had many encounters with them since I originally established my website and can honestly say that their service has greatly improved since then. Prompt, patient and thorough. Shelvi is an expert in here field for hostinger on ser-side scripting, and now second time I have had to use hostinger message service to help me sort out problems created by myself. It is amazing they can do this over the message system with ease and severe dedication to the job in hand. I wish more companies offered this kind of help to clients. So hostinger once again in my case sorted out an immense and time-consuming problem with ease their end for me.They keep getting better and better in my opinon.
