I've been a customer of hostinger for almost 4 years. Currently, I have a business plan with 6 websites hosted there. The support team replies very quickly most of the time (under 15 minutes), and they are always kind and helpful. Despite that, some support members go the extra mile to try to help you, while others just do their job. When they can't assist you anymore, they mention that they only provide hosting support. I'd love it if they could have some Dev specialists to guide you better or at least give you some tips.Recently, I had an issue with one of my sites where the Transbank WooCommerce Plugin Webpay Plus was unable to communicate with the payment gateway. Initially, they thought Cloudflare was interfering. I pointed DNS to hostinger, but the issue persisted. Then they said it was a development issue and was beyond their support scope. I insisted and managed to clone the website on my friend's hosting, a very basic and humble hosting, where the payment was working fine. I proved to hostinger that it's not a resource problem. My plan at hostinger is probably 10 times more powerful than my friend's hosting. The plugin was okay. I contacted Transbank support, and everything was okay on their end. After making many changes (enabling, disabling plugins, cleaning cache, etc.), the issue persisted.I want to thank Marwa from hostinger support who was with me until the end, helping me to solve this. Finally, I decided to move my server to a new data center location (from Singapore to the USA), and that change fixed the issue. I put the website behind Cloudflare, and everything is working fine so far.

Agnes, provided excellent help. I could not figure out how to switch over from the Website Builder to a Wordpress site using an existing domain controlled by Cloudflare.com. I could not find any information within the hostinger.com website documentation on how to resolve this. Agnes, helped me to resolve this issue and was transparent about the time and challenge. She explained that I needed to remove my Original CName Records that were pointing to the Website Builder and add two new "A" Records that pointed directly to the IP address. She also informed by that this could take anywhere from 4-48 hours to propagate (resolve across the world). I like this type of honesty. Personally, I'd rather support tell me that the issue will resolve itself over a longer period of time with a good explanation as to why; rather than telling me it will be short. Because if it isn't short I will inherently respond negatively. So thank you Agnes for your assistance, honesty, and the website that helps me to track the process. (DNS Checker).
