Was going to do four stars but I never had a thing to complain about with them. Their server panel is pretty straightforward, however I would like to see tooltips and brief explanations laid out before us for functions that would save everyone much time.

I get your frustration—when hostinger company makes the refund process unnecessarily difficult, it feels like they're trying to wear you down so you give up.
