Pathetic service from hostinger team i raised a ticket for my VPS hosting, but it was suspended without a prior alert for more than 30 hours no response from the team regarding my ticket nor did anyone reply to my mails.

Yvette is the only reason I wanted to leave a review for hostinger, no other support was helping me in my issue. They were either redirecting me to hire someone on fiverr or telling me to purchase/renew my old plan and just restore my website when i was having issues transferring/migrating the website to a new plan. I would have cancelled everything and stepped away from hostinger if it wasn't for Yvette's technical support.

i reached out for some errors on my site and devi (customer supporter) gave me a hands on care and in few secs , my problem was solved. hostinger is the best platform for our business so far, nothing even comes close. the things Their AI support can do , it's incredible

I swapped to hostinger 4 days ago and already planning to going back to Siteground despite it's more expensive. I've lost access to my account on a friday and asked for a recovery link, it turns out none works on the weekend and it can take up to 2 working days for a real human to reply. I've been without access to my new website for three days now and counting, all contact I get is wit their stupid Kodee AI. NOT RECOMMENDED!!
