I encountered two support personnel who took the work off of my shoulders and guided my website migration to completion. Unfortunately, it happened after hours of wrestling with issues on my own. The AI bot is smart and quick, but can only answer general questions. 1st tier support are good with the published documentation, but 3rd tier support is really good.

I received help from Emanuely, over an issue I was having with my DNS that I couldn't solve as hard as I tried. I explained the problem, and Emanuely solved it right away.
