I’m extremely disappointed with hostinger’s handling of my account suspension. My hosting account was permanently suspended on March 26, 2025, without prior warning or clear explanation. I immediately submitted a formal appeal and provided all requested documents, but after several days and multiple follow-up emails, I have received no meaningful response from their team.This situation has severely impacted my business, as I not only host my own websites but also client websites that are now completely inaccessible. These websites do NOT contain any gambling or prohibited content, yet hostinger continues to delay any resolution.Some of my clients are now threatening legal action against me for service interruption and data loss. I have requested at least temporary access to back up the data, but even that has been ignored.Ticket ID: #225842I’ve trusted hostinger for years, but this experience has been beyond frustrating and harmful. I hope no one else has to go through what I’m dealing with. hostinger must take accountability and improve their support process drastically.

I’ve been using hostinger for a while, and overall, their server performance has been solid. The uptime and speed have been great for my website, and they offer competitive pricing. However, my experience with their customer support has been less than ideal.Recently, my account was suspended due to a chargeback, and while the issue was eventually resolved and my refund was processed, the bigger problem is that they still haven’t provided me with my backup. After the refund, I expected my account to be fully restored with all of my data intact, but despite multiple requests, I haven’t received any help in retrieving it.The biggest issue with hostinger's support is the lack of resolution. While they are quick to respond to chats, the responses often don’t address the actual problem. It's more like a series of generic replies, leaving the problem unresolved.In short, while hostinger's servers are great, their support leaves a lot to be desired, especially if you run into an issue like mine. If you're looking for a reliable host, I’d recommend them for performance, but just be cautious when it comes to customer service in case things go wrong.

hostinger is the best overall hosting provider. My three sites are managed by its business hosting. You get 99.9% uptime here. The Customer support here... I have not seen it anywhere else. Responds almost immediately and will fix the issue for you

My server has a virus and I am subscribed to the virus removal service, and my VPS was stopped because of the viruses. This is a failed company in every sense of the word. I was not informed to solve the problem. The server was stopped immediately without warning. This is not a company that cares about customers.
