I have been with hostinger for more than 2 years for hosting and recently for a domain registrar.The price is competitive and the service is quite good.Rarely do I have a problem but when I do tech support is quick to respond and help me resolve my problem.My only dislike is the menu interface although it is improving. They have the hPanel. I prefer the cPanel.

hostinger is easier than Wix and more user-friendly.

That was the representative Evaldas. I have been trying and trying to migrate my website from one hosting provider to hostinger and I have been having a hard time. Evaldas understood my eagerness, my confusion, and my desire for this migration to be done successfully, and he had the patience and sensitivity to understand everything I was telling him and to guide me using different possibilities. It is very important to have great customer service because, personally, that is why I choose certain businesses.

The ease of development for my websites, and the customer service was the best. Also hosting my builds with ease.

I have website hosted in hostinger shared hosting. It uses php and mysql as db. It has multiple stored procedures in it. Suddenly it stopped working with all SPs disabled. I cant execute, edit even take backup of these SPs definitions. I approached the hostinger support and for last 15 days they have just 1 reply that "Out team is looking into this. We will let you know through email" and now after 15 days they closed the ticket saying it is resolved but actually it is not resolved. Now they want me to create a new ticket. I have faced big loss due to them. They support is pathetic with no knowledge. I an telling them this is the issue and you need to perform this action to resolve this but all in vain.I have never seen such a pathetic support and service. These people are just FRAUD looting money.

I’ve been using this service for over two year now, and I have to say it’s been nothing short of excellent. The support team is always responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any issues, which has given me a lot of peace of mind. In terms of reliability, there has only been one downtime in the entire year, which is incredibly rare and impressive. If there were zero downtimes, that would make it absolutely perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the level of service and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for dependable support and performance. Keep up the great work!
