This company is a big scam!!! They charged me without any warnings. my auto renewal was supposed to be on 10/4/2025 and they charged me on 3/4/2025 and guess what!!!!! i don't have the right to ask for a refund!!!! i have been stolen by this company!! even the customer service reply to this live chat every 10-15 minutes!!!

Avoid their VPS services. They offer add-ons and tools they clearly don’t know how to configure. When I contacted customer support, I was told "we didn’t create the tool" — which is shocking for a service provider. The support team is unhelpful, untrained, and dismissive. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.hostinger in reply said that they have send me account request. But did not received any sort of account request. Can you tell me where you have sent it?

hostinger is a great platform to build websites. Not only does it have great tools, but the live chat assistance is very dynamic as well.
