I am the type of person who wants to learn everything from scratch. I was putting off building a website because I needed to learn HTML through hours & hours of self-training. Then I heard about hostinger. No coding required & AI-assistance. hostinger is user-friendly & helped me publish my first website iteration in a few hours. Stop putting it off & jump in with hostinger.

There were two errors when I tried to register the domain, so the domain was automatically canceled. So I contacted hostingerto get a refund and be able to register a new domain. However, hostinger refused to refund me via chat and email due to their policy. However, I was right and had the right to do so, and I was refused three times. However, when Davi got involved in the complaint, he confirmed that I was right to be refunded, so he quickly provided a solution.He did a great job, understood the entire situation and provided a solution quickly.

There's a lot to like about hostinger but their support experience is a fragmented mess! Since there's no way to continue a single support thread (support conversation) for a single support issue, you have to repeatedly re-start, re-explain, re-upload, re-wait, re-timeout and re-repeat the process over and over and over again for every single issue. It's a huge fail compared to most modern support methods where you can simply pick up where you left off on any previous issue (even months/years) later by simply reopening (or re-messaging in) the previous issue thread. Not sure why a company as big and well resourced as hostinger would settle for such a dysfunctional support process!? Even with their (amazing) Kodee AI, it's a frustrating time wasting process for both for their team and their customers!

I worked with Kodee and he was on point and very helpful. It can be stressful when you're taking on a task that isn't something you do on the daily but Kodee made it simple and his guidance got me the result I needed. Thanks Kodee!
