There was an issue that caused my plan to get canceled but after reaching support everything was resolved in no time with amazing customer support!

I am a complete novice at this as it has been over 20 years since I have built a website through Macromedia. I don't want to take the time to learn everything about hostinger/Wordpress but his help got down the road to being able to do something sooner than later

I've been a computer tech nerd for years, but a newbie as it comes to website design. I recently decided to setup a website for my hobby craft business and went with GoDaddy... what a mistake.The information that they provided made it hard for me to determine what I could and could not do under the initial plan I chose. Getting help was slow and tedious. They told me I needed to upgrade to a better plan to do a simple web store.I continued to run into problems needing to add this $ and this $ to accomplish what I wanted to do. Tried for two months!I made the decision two weeks ago to switch over and start all over from scratch with hostinger. The plan was lower cost and the help I got was instantaneous and great.
